+   Assisted in the design and various design options of the 24 unit luxury condominium and produced a Revit model of the proposed development.

+   Produced presentation documents to deliver design concept, precedents, neighbourhood and heritage design references for city planning staff and neighbourhood design review meetings

+   Produced drawings and site statistics for Preliminary Planning Review and Site Plan Approval

+   Generated renderings and sun shadow diagrams as per City of Toronto requirements

+   Coordinated demolition plan and site plan with arborists and landscape designer

+   Designed underground parking garage and generated interior design layouts
